Abaca Baking Company

Our arrival in Cebu was too early and the check in time in our Airbnb is 2pm, we decided to stay a couple of hours at Abaca Baking Company. A Baking Company that is well known for making their goods from scratch, featuring the finest croissants, baked goods & pastries in Metro Cebu.

The Menu

Prices are quite expensive raging from 200 to 695, but the servings is good for 2-4 persons. But if you want something cheaper, you can always check out their freshly baked goods, Prices raging from 65-200

I ate breakfast at the Airport already so I decided to get spinach bread. It tasted crispy on the outside, soft and gooey on the inside because of the melted cheese, and the ingredients tasted fresh and healthy.

I lived in Cebu for 2 years. When I was studying Culinary at ISCHAM, me and my mom would always eat at Lemongrass. One out of the many restaurants we love in Cebu. Lemongrass serves Thai\Vietnamese food.

Of-course we ordered Green Curry Chicken and Tamarind Seafood soup. The Tamarind soup has that similar taste of Sinigang and Tom yum soup combined, while the Green Curry Chicken has a spicy and sweet taste.

After having a nap we immediately head for dinner, we decided to eat at The Pyramid since it was just across our condo.

I had no idea that this was a restaurant bar, I thought it was a restaurant that serves mainly savory

Since "The weekend market Sugbo" by Globe is just walking distance from The Pyramid, we decided to check it out.

The Weekend Market was filled with little food kiosks.

After exploring a bit of the Weekend market we decided to have desserts in La vie.

I just love Gelatos! I got Dark chocolate that tasted just perfect and my all time favorite mixed berries! :)
